Easy Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler is very easy and
simple to make. I varied on this peach cobbler recipe by making a quick
& easy crust. I made something as simple as a pancake type batter
and poured it in the bottom of my baking dish and added peaches,
cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, lemon extract and a bit of butter. If you
prefer to use fresh peaches you can but this recipe was made with Del
Monte Lite Sliced Peaches.
Peach Cobbler
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, un-drained
Variations: For this quick and easy cobbler recipe you can substitute the peaches for other fruits such as fresh or frozen blueberries or blackberries.
Peach Cobbler

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Place peaches, including syrup, in greased 8” x 8” inch baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Combine margarine, sugar and flour until crumbly. Spread mixture over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
